We have free shipping on orders over $79.00 (before taxes). If your purchase is less than $79.00 there will be a flat ship rate of $5.00 per order by Expedited. Orders will arrive between 2 and 4 business days from the date shipped. If you would like to receive your nursing shirts faster, please call us at 1-855-888-3553.
To United States:
We have free shipping on orders over $79.00 (before taxes). If your purchase is less than $79.00, there will be a flat ship rate of $8.00 per order by Expedited; Orders will arrive between 5 and 10 business days from the date shipped. If you would like to receive your nursing shirts faster, please call us at 1-855-888-3553.
Other countries:
We have a flat rate of $25.00 per order by Airmail. Please note that orders from countries outside North America are not eligible for the free shipping offer over $79.00 (valid only within Canada and the United States). Orders will arrive between 7 and 15 business days from date shipped, depending on the destination country. The buyer is responsible for any duty charges that may be incurred.

Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of our most important priorities. That is why we chose to work with PayPal. They automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and theirs. Specifically:

Returns & Exchanges
Return policy:
At Nurture-Elle, we want you to feel 100% satisfied with your purchase. Nursing wear may be returned or exchanged, for up to 30 days from the date on the invoice, provided that they have only been tried on and not worn or washed, still have their hang tag on, and are in “As New” condition. We will refund your credit card less shipping costs as soon as we receive your return. Unfortunately, any merchandise returned that is not in re-sellable condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. Additional shipping costs will apply.
Exchange policy
If the shirt is not the right size, just re-order a different size and mail us the original shirt. Your credit card will be billed for the 2nd order, however we will refund your credit card in full (including standard shipping cost from within Canada and the United States) when we receive the original garment/order and it has passed the “As New” inspection.
Send your returns via regular mail. COD’s will not be accepted.
Make sure to enclose a copy of your invoice or provide your invoice number. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for your credit card to be refunded.

Why PayPal for payments?
Through PayPal, Nurture-Elle gives to its customers the option to pay with any credit card: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, among others.
You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to purchase your Nurture-Elle Breastfeeding apparel (or for any other online store). PayPal is designed from the ground up to be one of the safest ways to send money online. Unlike other financial institutions, PayPal payments are sent without sharing financial information. In fact, PayPal never shares your financial information with or sells it to merchants. This will ensure Nurture-Elle will never have access to your financial information and therefore providing more security to our customers,
You decide if you want to sign up for a PayPal account or not.
When you sign up for a PayPal account, you will type in, one time only, the credit cards and bank accounts you wish to use. Once that is accomplished, you never again have to disclose your credit card information online. By paying with PayPal, you keep your credit card information private, meaning that you can shop without worrying about a hacker downloading your account data from your online merchant.
After the transaction is complete, every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction.
